Using GradSnapp on a Mobile Device

Yes you can! The GradSnapp websites (Admin and Connect) are mobile responsive. That means that when you view the sites on your phone, tablet, or other mobile device, the pages resize to fit your device's screen size. Some features will display differently, for instance a horizontal row of buttons or tabs may become a drop-down, but all the same features you know on your desktop/laptop are there.

Pro Tip: You can also add a quick link to your GradSnapp Admin or Connect sites to your device's home screen. The basic process is this: open the browser on your phone or tablet, navigate to your Admin or Connect site (admin.gradsnapp.com/<your tenant name> or connect.gradsnapp.com/<your tenant name>). In your browser, go to your browser options to “add to home screen." This will save a quick access link that you can use to get directly to your Admin or Connect site.
